Felicity Bingham

Felicity supports Jisc members across Higher and Further Education in unlocking the strategic value of their data. Drawing on a strong background in data and analytics, she works closely with universities and colleges to overcome the cultural and communication challenges that often hinder effective data management and use. Her work spans discovery, data strategy development, and advising senior leadership teams on roles and responsibilities in data transformation. Felicity is the author of the Jisc Data Maturity Framework and its accompanying assessment tool, which are widely used to benchmark and guide institutional progress.

She joined Jisc in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience from analytical leadership roles in both the retail and higher education sectors. Prior to Jisc, she led the Business Intelligence function at the University of Sheffield, where she specialised in translating complex requirements into actionable insights. Her areas of expertise include stakeholder engagement, visual communication, automated reporting, and the design of scalable reporting services. Felicity is known for her thoughtful, collaborative approach and her ability to bridge technical and strategic conversations to drive meaningful change.
