That’s why for all higher education delegates registered before 1st October 2025, we can provide a reimbursement of £25 on travel costs, if you attend the HE Transformation Expo in November.
We know its just a bit of help, but alongside our free ticket offering for all HE staff, we want to help your institution be part of the transformation conversation.

The HE Transformation Expo will provide a reimbursement of £25 towards visitor travel costs. Travel bookings need to be made by visitors and charged back to the HE Transformation Expo with valid receipts within 14-days post-event.
Visitors must register prior to the 1st October 2025 to qualify for free travel.
This applies to those working in higher education institutions only.
*Please note, this excludes 1st Class Travel and taxi fares.
