Alix Morgan

Alix is a highly experienced transformation professional who has worked in and around change and complex programmes for all of her career. Currently the Director of Strategic Change at the University of Sheffield, Alix believes passionately in humans' capacity for change and has used this passion to lead many of the University's most recent programmes of change, including a full academic restructure into a new TOM, as well as many digitally enabled cross-institution programmes that have radically reshaped services. Alix's relentless energy, commitment to creating leadership conditions in which change can thrive and deep understanding of organisational dynamics, means she consistently delivers exceptional outcomes.
