Anila DeHart is a transformational leader in Talent strategy and the Future of Work. Through her two decades of experience with Deloitte, she has led future-ready workforce strategies and large-scale talent, digital and operating-model transformations for the global Deloitte workforce and clients.

An acclaimed speaker and advisor, she regularly briefs Talent and industry forums on Talent, learning & development, and transformation. She advocates for societal equity by supporting multiple initiatives that promote skill and leadership development for youth and underprivileged communities. Her earlier career is a combination of HR leadership and lecturing in Higher Education in US and Central Europe.
