Rob is a practical strategist with deep experience across building systems, estate operations, and digital transformation. Formally qualified in electrical, mechanical, and building energy management systems (BEMS) as well as hands on experience in sustainability he brings a rare blend of technical fluency and strategic capability. Over the past 20+ years, Rob has led work across carbon reduction, infrastructure upgrades, digital maturity, and operational efficiency. He’s shaped and delivered smart campus strategies, reduced utility costs at scale, and helped large estates modernise systems while maintaining service continuity.
He is known for bridging the worlds of estates and IT enabling collaboration across functions that don’t always speak the same language. Rob is trusted for his calm, credible presence in complex environments, and for his ability to move between the detail and the big picture without losing momentum.
