Professor Zainab Khan

Professor Zainab Khan is Pro Vice-Chancellor Academic Resources and Transformation at London South Bank University. A lawyer by background and professor of higher education leadership, she was previously Pro Vice-Chancellor at London Metropolitan University and Royal Holloway University of London. At LSBU she leads on improving financial performance and sustainability of the academic portfolio and has lead and delivered major change programmes.

Her work in EDI strategy and systems design has delivered change on employee lifecycles as well as improved outcomes for students including leading one of the Sector's fastest reductions in racialised awarding gaps.
